I ordered this for Eid in a custom size and was so excited, I received it just 5 days before Eid and it turned out that they messed up the pants legs, with 1 leg 4 inches smaller around the thigh than the other with no space to open the small leg at all. When I alerted them, Erum gave me a $15 refund only telling me to go get it fixed. 5 days before Eid in a country that $15 can't even buy you regular pants or the right kind of fabric you need for pants like this let alone get it fixed especially in such a a rush with labor costs. When I let them know $15 was not enough, I received no response and still haven't received a single response. I am so extremely disappointed by them. They have messed up before the bottoms, advertising different bottoms than the ones I received and I still gave them another try. I probably shouldn't have. Don't waste your time unless you can get a guarantee they will make it right. Otherwise you'll be out hundreds of dollars and have special days ruined.

The neckline wasn't the same as the photo and it wasn't sparkly. It still ended up being a nice outfit and was stitched well.

We placed several orders with over 20 items and so it did take time to come through and so one should anticipate a wait, this was one of 2 items I was not happy with but that was more the style of the suit (it would be better to give styling directions than to stich this as per the model's picture which resulted in a very old fashioned, not very stylish outfit). That and the lining used was not a nice fabric. The fitting on most items was as described for a standard medium (fit a size 10 UK well), but this one was very tight on the bust and a little tight on upper arms, and loose elsewhere. This was more my mistake in selecting this style than the stores fault, and as said on other reviews, I will be shopping here again.
Lovely, this was authentic fabric as far as I could tell, stitched well and finished neatly, and very similar to the photograph. Altogether very happy with this purchase. This item (and a few others) did not have as deep a front opening and that could be worked on to allow one to easily slip in with the press studs placed lower down the front. I just received this custom stitched suit. It is beautiful and the embellishments are done very nicely, just like in the picture. The pants unfortunately are tight in the thighs, however, the rest of the fitting is spot on and fits in a very flattering way.

This dress was much more beautiful than the picture! The color was so beautiful! Only downside was the scarf, it kept sticking to the dress but stitching and design was out of the world! 100% original like the website claims. Totally worth the wait and money!

I’m in love with the color combination! The dress was missing beads on sleeves and there is no lining but the dress is definitely original and gorgeous!
