Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please consider the following conditions before proceeding to return:

● No return is applicable to the cases where your concern revolves around quality or quantity of the fabric because it directly comes from the brand and is not by us.

● If there is a stitching fault or anything accidentally left incomplete in the item delivered to you, then absolute compensation/repair/refund will be provided for it.

● For concerns regarding the sizing, return is only processed if the size of outfit delivered to you is not the same as the one you selected while placing your order. A size chart stating all measurements is provided next to the description of each article on the website.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within 7 days.

Cancellation

After placing your order, if for any reason you would like to cancel your order, you have two days. You must cancel your order within 48 hours. since we outsource all fabrics, we will not be able to cancel your order after 48 hours. 5% of the whole order is non-refundable processing fee and 95% will be refunded including shipping charges

There is $0 processing fee if an order is cancelled from our end due to unavailability of fabrics. In this case, you will receive your 100% amount back

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

(However, in cases where the stitching fault is by us, return shipping will also be compensated in the refund along with the price of the item.)
